- Raw Egg
1. Press bread with Rolling pin until it’s flat.
2. Cut sausages in long thick slices.
3. Stir fry sausages.
4. Roll 4 sausage slices into bread (one a time).
5. Seal roll with raw egg.
6. Spread butter in pan.
7. Place rolls in buttered pan and allow to toast.
8. Turn the sides. 9. Serve hot
